"My visit was with Dr Shields. I needed a root canal done. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office. (I am a horrible patient) but both Dr. Shields and Jessica made me feel comfortable (Jessica distracted me when getting a shot) and Dr. Shields explained everything that was happening so throughly that it relieved the stress that I had. My next visit is May 31st and I am not stressed out about it. Thank you Dr. Shields and Jessica for your professionalism, patience, and the time you took to make me feel comfortable in your care. "I came to Dr Seitzinger for a root canal and it couldn't have been an easier, less stressful experience. I have high anxiety with all dental procedures and he and his staff did great at explaining the process and putting me at east. Most importantly (for me) the local anesthetic shots were remarkably almost painless. I've never had a better, nearly pain free experience in the dental field. I would recommend to anyone."

Dr. Shields took the time to explain what was going on with my tooth as well as the treatment. I had to have a root canal and while never fun, I can say I experienced no discomfort. "She was much faster than I anticipated. Her staff were all very courteous, one kept me company (i think because she knew I was nervous) and distracted me during the procedure so I wouldn't focus on any (minor) pain from the initial injections of pain killer. She was very knowledgeable, very professional, very swift but still put her attention on me even though (i'm sure) she had a dozen patients right then. Let me put it this way, I would prefer her ROOT CANAL to just about ANY treatment I would receive from my "regular" dentist (and I *love* my dentist). THAT is how good she is."

"First root canal, and I was so nervous. This doctor made me feel no pain whatsoever, made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I was in happy tears when it was done, my pain was entirely gone. I’m incredibly satisfied, and I will recommend to anyone."
"First root canal, needless to say I was EXTREMELY nervous! I also have breathing issues with COPD/Asthma and that brings on a whole array of extra anxiety...with positioning, etc. during dental procedures. Dr. Seitzinger and his assistant went above and beyond to make me comfortable and put me at ease about my breathing/positioning. Okay, and now for my fear of shots! They put a little gauze under my lip prior to first injection with MAGIC (apparently) numbing solution. Deep breath...(dental assistant patting my shoulder)...done, what?! Thank you, Jesus! Best dental shots ever! Didn't feel them folks! Amazing! During the procedure I stayed pain free, nothing freaked me out...and half way through I decided to loosen the death grip off the chair arms and relax a bit. He explained everything, showed me x-rays of the finished procedure and new "roots", beautiful, sigh....done, DONE! Wish I would have saved my anxiety. They were amazing! Very little pain afterwards! 15 stars! "
"I never thought I would have been disappointed to have left a dentist’s office without having to have a root canal — on the day before Thanksgiving, no less — but there’s a first time for everything. When Dr. Shields walked into the room, I could tell almost immediately that she was kind, friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. The kind of person that will tell you, even if you drove an hour to come see her, that she doesn’t think you need to have any work done right now if you really don’t. I would drive to see her just to get filling if she did that; however, she is not a general dentist so I’ll have to go somewhere else. She gave me a referral for a new dentist which seemed pretty impressive given that I live so far away — she seems to have a good relationship with several dentists in my area — and, at any rate, I can’t wait to go back and see her when it *is* time for that root canal!"
"I have ridiculous dental anxiety and they managed to put me at ease (as much as was possible anyway). Everyone was very professional and it was a pleasant as a root canal experience could be. If I have to have another one (fingers crossed for no), I would make the drive again instead of staying local."

"My visit was on March 12, 2018 and I was sent there by my dentist to get a root canal done. When I arrived, a little bit nervous, the staff was very kind and helpful. I went to see Dr Shields, as well as her assistant, and she was was informative was what the procedure will be. She explained everything that she was doing while doing this process. I want to say that whoever needs a root canal done, Do not be concerned about that it will hurt because it sure doesn't. I would highly recommend this place and doctor to anyone."
"I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Seitzinger and his team! I just left his office after having a root canal performed on my front tooth. They used the new Gentle Wave procedure and it was amazing! I opted not to receive a shot for numbing, although he will numb you if you want. With the gentle wave procedure there is no drilling! I felt very mild discomfort during part of the procedure but I would gladly take that over shots and drilling! The staff is so kind and professional. Hopefully I don’t need to see them again, but if so I won’t go anywhere else!"
